Destiny is something which is created by us , our soul has many lifetimes and in every lifetime we create karma ; good and bad both , we create it consciously , unconsciously and subconsciously..
Sanchita karma is like a storehouse of all our past actions, both good and bad, from countless lifetimes.
Prarabdha karma is the portion of our sanchita karma that we’re meant to deal with in current lifetime.
It doesn’t mean we won’t create new karma in our current lifetime.
Just as god is within us
Our karma and its outcome also is within us , there’s no escaping it .

If there were no past life and past karma then we all would have been born equally on physical , mental , emotional , financial , psychological and social level but we all are born different in many ways!
Suppose you’re born with past life’s good karma balance ; in past life you created such good karma that it didn’t exhaust fully , now you have the remaining balance from past life and the same goes for bad karma too.
Now your present life is not just about destiny , it is also about free will , about creating new karma . Sometimes we are facing something negative and we try our best , we keep our karma correct , we also pray , we remain pure and ethical but even then we are facing something dark then it is because of our past life karma but that doesn’t mean we sit and do nothing about it
We still need to learn lessons from it , In every situation we have power to use our freewill rightly!
Yes in every situation . Even in the situation that are result of past life actions because when something is destined to happen because of your past life karma then how you respond to it becomes a new karma.
Example -1
Suppose in past life you were born rich and spent carelessly and didn’t make a difference with your money so in this life you face financial issues , now how you respond to this issue becomes your new karma!
Now , You don’t crib about it , you don’t compare , you don’t choose immoral way to earn money , you don’t choose shortcuts ~ this is the power of your freewill!
Even in the predestined karmic results you still have freewill ; in how to face it , how to go and grow through it !
Example -2
Suppose in past life you wasted lot of water , now in this life someday or for some time you face scarcity of water ( result of past karma ) but while facing this , you not only value every drop of water but now you help and serve others who face this , you spread awareness about water conservation !
The way you responded and learned is your new karma , you chose your freewill rightly !
Unfortunately, not always people learn lessons when they face karmic results from past lives’ karma , some people repeat their mistakes and sins.
In some other cases , The most disappointing thing some good hearted people do is – they face unfortunate circumstances in their life and wonder that what have they done to deserve this ? They ask themselves if they have harmed anyone ever in this life ? And the answer is No , they turn bitter and then start becoming someone who doesn’t care about karma anymore. They lose their innocence and become angry at god and world !!
People need to be aware of sanchit karma and prarabdha karma
So that even after being a Good Samaritan, if they face something unjust , they don’t turn cold , they don’t break under the pressure rather they learn to alchemise every circumstance into an opportunity to evolve , heal and align with their higher self.
No matter who does what , you always keep being a good hearted person , a wise person who can recognise wickedness , who remain strong to not get tempted by the darkness in this world , who knows self love , self care and self healing so that you never forget your core ! Your goodness , your ethics , your principles , your ability to differentiate between right and wrong , your understanding of dharma !
Honestly people must understand that it doesn’t matter if something is happening because of past life’s karmic debt or if something is creation of new karma , in both the cases we must follow our principles and ethics.
In all circumstances we must be forgiving but never forget because you forgive to keep your energy light and pure not because you have forgotten what they have done, forgiveness can coexist with the awareness that someone is wicked and will repeat their sins as they always have , wicked nasty people exist, personally I have come across one of the most evil soul in a female’s body, with no conscience, no remorse, no guilt, no empathy, a lot of sly, sneaky , angry, troublemaker, rageful conniving ,sadistic and covert energy ! She was dark, mean, twisted, addicted to lying, stealing, entitled to other’s hard work and it’s results , a Machiavellian to her very core! A criminal mind!
I forgave her many times , her apologies though were just an alibi to get in touch with me again, to earn my trust again, to cause more harm, more chaos and destruction. I forgave her because I wanted no energetic cord attached to her although I will always remember the darkness I encountered in her! Some souls really belong to the devil and are devil sent on earth. Just as we call some people God’s anointed, there are people who are devil’s appointed!
Forgive but never forget ! Specially when someone proves to be more harmful than the last time, never let such people come back in your life ever.
